Ardilla Landscapes is a sole trader landscaping and tree surgery business based in Dairsie, Fife. When you use this website or submit an enquiry form, we are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We use Netlify to host this website and process form submissions. When you submit a form, your data is stored by Netlify as a data processor on our behalf. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

Analytics

This website does not use any analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect data about how you use the site, which pages you visit, or where you came from. No analytics cookies are set.

Google Maps

Some pages on this site include an embedded Google Map. When you view a page with a map embed, Google may set cookies. This is covered separately in our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months from the date of submission. If your enquiry results in a job being carried out, we may retain relevant contact details for longer as required for business records. After that period, data is deleted.
